Seller information

Scope

These terms govern the use of the online store and the purchase of products. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

Order and contract

The sales contract is concluded when Avelle confirms your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amounts paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in RON and include VAT. Payment is made through the methods available at checkout. Avelle reserves the right to change prices; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which form an integral part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content of the store (text, images, logo, design) is the property of Avelle or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes are settled amicably where possible. Romanian consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and use its Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal).
