Return and refund policy

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the day on which you take physical possession of the goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to return an item

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us with a clear statement at contact@avelle.ro or by phone at +40 700 000 000 before the 14-day period expires. Return the goods in the condition you received them, with tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no charge to you.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning conforming goods is covered by Avelle. If a product is defective or was shipped in error, all costs are covered by the store.

Exceptions

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. intimate apparel, swimwear), nor to items explicitly marked as "final sale".
