Delivery areas and methods

Avelle delivers throughout Romania via express courier. For deliveries outside the country, please contact us in advance at contact@avelle.ro.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Courier delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch. Times may vary during high-volume periods.

Delivery costs

The delivery cost is shown transparently at checkout, before payment, and depends on the parcel weight and the chosen method. We may offer free delivery above a certain order value, as communicated in the store.

Receiving your parcel

On delivery, please check the integrity of the parcel. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the parcel or recording a report together with the courier.
